I have been a student of Carole's for over 6 years in both yoga and Pilates. As a former football player and longtime weightlifter with a history of injuries, i originally seek out Carole's yoga class in order to improve flexibility and begin a new form of low impact exercise and injury prevention. I learned so much from Carole, and her classes exceeded my expectations. In addition to achieving my original goals, I also learned how to improve my balance, my posture, how to strengthen all my stabilizing muscles, and how to breathe properly. She has an incredible knowledge of body mechanics which helped me learn how to move, stretch, strengthen, and change my body for the better.
I think what I admire most about Carole is her dedication and discipline to the art of yoga. In short, she loves it! I feel that same energy when I'm around her.
